Have you heard the term Hygge (pronounced hue-gah)? It refers to the Danish art of savoring cozy comforts during the long winter months. The dictionary defines hygge as: "a cozy quality that makes a person feel content and comfortable" and "fostering a sense of coziness, contentment, and well-being."

Our M&H founder, Steph Weinert, designed our Cozy & Joy Mug with the vision of inspiring "Catholic mama hygge" this winter. The mug features a delightful collection of images and words that inspire a mother's whole-person wellness: body, mind, and soul.
