Let us introduce you to the most stunning collection of Catholic art prints we have ever found. These prints tell a theologically rich story that will deeply impact each member of your family and all of the guests you welcome into your home

Meet the Loreto Embroidery Series! These fine art prints are among the most beautiful and mysterious prints in Catholic art. The series was created by Ezio Anichini in the early 1900s. The style is Art Nouveau, which we love. Anichini's art is precise yet romantic and emotionally engaging. In these prints he depicts 11 scenes of Mary’s life based on the Litany of Loreto.

The Litany of Loreto dates back to the Middle Ages and now includes over 50 titles of Mary, all having to do with Mary's relationship to us and to God. While we know that Anichini sketched the Loreto series, it is not known who did the stitching on these famous embroideries. They were a gift to an elderly nun who sent them to a convent in Surrey, England, for safekeeping during World War II. They are now held by the Royal School of Needlework in London, regarded as masterpieces of beauty, design, and execution.

Two Catholic art restoration experts in the United States worked tirelessly to restore the flawed photographs of these images to bring out the richness of the colors and the precision of the needlework. These are the finest images we have of the Loreto Embroideries outside of those kept under glass by the Royal School in London.

Our Loreto Fine Art Set contains all 11 of the restored embroideries. We envision Catholic families finding a gorgeous frame that matches their home’s decor, and then using the frame to switch to different Loreto embroideries monthly or seasonally. Another idea is to use the prints in a stunning gallery wall in an entryway or above a couch or mantle. Regardless, the Loreto Embroidery Set will become a never-ending source of conversation and theological learning in your home.

The eleven restored embroideries include:

  1. The Annunciation
  2. Consoler of the Afflicted
  3. Madonna and Child
