Lectio Divina Prayer Journal

Loosely translated “a divine reading,” Lectio Divina is the devotional practice of praying and pondering God’s Word in a contemplative way. This ancient practice, popularized by Saint Benedict and his monks, has helped many modern families and individuals encounter the Lord more intimately in His Word. 

Our custom Lectio Divina Prayer Journals are the perfect size and layout to aid you in your prayerful journey through Scripture. Each journal measures approximately 4x6 inches and is easy to fit in a purse, diaper bag, or on your bedside or prayer table. 

The Journal contains a brief introduction to Lectio Divina and an explanation of the four components to this sacred practice: reading, meditation, prayer, and contemplation. Each journal page includes room to record the passage you read that day, the date, and your meditations and reflections on the passage. 

The gorgeous cover art is hand sketched and watercolor painted by Ashley Burg, a Catholic mama/artist from Minnesota. The journal pages are spiral bound with rose gold foil and a custom cardboard cover, and the pages are double sided for a total of 80 journal entries.
